Kurt Loder still on the job in 2020

The heck is going on with Aerosmith? I know the entire band always seems to be fighting about something. But I've never heard of a band member suing to remain in a group.

Court rules Joey Kramer can't play with Aerosmith

In case you were hoping Aerosmith would work things out with their drummer before taking the stage this weekend, that's now not going to happen.

Joey Kramer took the band to court, asking that he be allowed to join them behind the kit at Friday's MusiCares and Sunday's Grammy awards performances.

However, a Massachusetts judge ruled in favor of the Boston rockers on Wednesday, saying that Kramer's recent absence and skipping of rehearsals would damage Aerosmith's “business interests”.

When Kramer arrived at Monday's practice in Los Angeles, he was turned away by the band's security.

What will this mean for the future of Kramer with Aerosmith? How about for the band on the whole?

They blew it. Her line should have been, "IN THAT CASE, DOMO ARRIGATO, MR. DEYOUNG!"

Joe Staton and Mike Curtis should be nervous for their jobs with you around.
