Major League Baseball has sent out a fan survey, asking fifteen questions. Let's make each of these a poll, so they can be voted on and discussed individually. Continue to implement the three-batter minimum for pitchers as a way to limit delays due to mid-inning pitching changes

I actually like this one. Should hopefully speed up the game a little.
