Major League Baseball has sent out a fan survey, asking fifteen questions. Let's make each of these a poll, so they can be voted on and discussed individually. Defensive alignment rules are implemented requiring there must be two infielders on each side of second base when the pitch is thrown

If a manager wants to put 7 players in the OF that should be his option.

I have grown tired of the frequency with which the shift is implemented, however defensive alignment is part of the strategy of the game. Strongly disagree with legislating defensive alignment.
