Ohio's Governor Mike DeWine has become the nation's second state chief executive known to have tested positive, following Oklahoma's Governor Kevin Stitt. That strikes me as a 4% infection rate among one of our most protected populations. And Governor DeWine has been one of the more aggressive governors in restricting public gatherings in his state.
