It's a shame that Gselly is getting bopped here in the second inning. He seems to be pitching with confidence, but he gets everybody to 3-2 and then leaves one over the plate.

Considering that a) 4 runs is more than we've ever scored against Happ in, like, ever and b) that the Yanx have more hits w/RiSP In This Inning than we had in July and August put together, the results of this game aren't looking good.

I know Keith's story about Seaver's no-hitter, but I didn't know he did it with curves. Seaver usually just had a curve to show. It was his fourth-best pitch by far. Kinda the same distribution as deGrom. Fastball 50%, Slider 40%, Change 7%, and Curve 3%.

I wonder, if you're going to pants a pitcher and steal a win, is there any pitcher that is more satisfying to do it to than Chapman? Historically, I'd say taking a game from Roger Clemens and John Rocker is one and two as far as the best-feeling pitchers to come back against, but Aroldis Chapman has got to be up there.

Now the "Buck" homer -- Valdy's grand slam the following season, that one was a walk-off.
