I've been as frustrated as anybody with Luis Rojas holding back his starting pitchers in three- and four-inning starts, but ... is there an argument the team now enters the home stretch with deGrom, Lugo, Peterson, and whoever fresher than other teams' starting pitchers?
Also, if a theoretical pitcher (possibly named Marcus) has theoretically opted out and tehorietically suddenly decides tomorrow morning, that he wants to get a piece of any theoretical post-season kitty, and also to make a few theoretical appearances to demonstrate that he's healthy for theoretical offseason free-agent suitors, can he theoretically opt in now and be eligible? How about for the theoretical post-season?
