I do, and it's saved my back.

More on this if there's interest.

Re: Yo! Do you Yoga?

Is this in-class yoga or something you're doing on your own?

I'm like the least flexible skinny guy ever -- and always have been -- so some yoga would likely do me some good, but I've never taken the plunge.

Re: Yo! Do you Yoga?

I did hot yoga for years and can attest it was great for a shitty back. Glad it's working for ya, Kase. Did you try it to see if it would help your back?

Re: Yo! Do you Yoga?

A little over a year ago I started DVR'ng Namaste Yoga on some obscure ZLiving channel

or something. It's Canadian based and they run two syndicated series one from 2006 and the

other from 2016. Since then I've choreographed a bunch of series of standing, sitting, all fours

(hands and knees and hands and feet) routines and it's amazingly effective on keeping my spine

happy. The cast is plenty pleasing to look at too, furthering happiness. I'm not a fan of any of the

laying on your back moves so I don't go there.

Re: Yo! Do you Yoga?

Never tried it but I'm about to subscribe to an online video fitness service ("Studio Sweat on Demand") to replace my gym membership, as I cannot envision any scenario where I work out while wearing a mask as is required there.

Joining for spin class videos, as I recently purchased an indoor spin bike, but they do also offer yoga classes. Maybe I shall give one a go. I have an often-balky back.

Re: Yo! Do you Yoga?

I've known for like 25 years I should be yoga-ing, I even have a good friend who runs a studio, met his hot wife there and of course is in great shape. He's also a maniac, and probably would be in prison or something without it. But I still never been, unless Wii Fit Trainer counts.
