When you literally correlate Mother Teresa as being just as vile of a human as Hitler was 😳

Not sure how telling someone her actions made her just as subhuman led to Hitler comparisons, but that happened.

What is this referring to?

Just a conversation I had. Trying to correlate why the bad stuff we know about Teresa is mostly posthumously or by people with axes to grind against The Church and the idea that we didn't need to know Hitler on

a personal level to know his vileness.

I don't know if Mother Teresa had any significant amount of badness in her; I haven't been paying attention to that. But it's safe to say that if she was in fact a bad person, she wasn't quite as overt about it as Hitler was.

I've heard the Mother Theresa was no better than Hitler 'thing' before. No idea

what group, mental illness or drug keeps the 'thing' alive. And I'm certainly not

Googling it.

It's a well known fact that her record of mass murders is being covered up by those well-connected to the media elite.

On a slightly serious note, the only 'name' person I remember who was openly and publicly anti-MT was the late writer Christopher Hitchens.

Didn't read enough of him to remember what his particular beef with her was, but he was always a tough guy to figure on a lot of topics.

But I'm pretty sure he never pulled out the Hitler card.

There's another rule of debates that whoever first plays the Hitler card in an argument is the automatic loser ... and that's a rule I kind of like.

I also had to look up what 'Godwin's Law' was which apparently means I don't spend enough time on line ... and I think that's a good thing.

Hitchens definitely made it fashionable.
