Is Harrelson...

...the only one with both the 1969 and 1986 World Series rings?

That's got to be something. Ed Charles may have still been in the system as a scout, but I doubt he'd get a ring.

Player/coach-wise I dunno, but you gotta figure Kiner and Murphy have them

Edge, you may recall a Mets trivia book you pointed out to me once on
ebay. I browsed through answers hoping to find Bud and that question.
He's the answer to, "who wore superman tee under shirt in 73 WS" and
"who for his first home run hit an inside the parker" but no ring q's.

If not for that magic Game 6 comeback, the answer to this question would be Tom Seaver, not Bud Harrelson.

Too bad he didn't pitch in the World Series. The Mets probably would have folded from the sheer emotion.

Seaver and Davey Johnson...two guys who won World Series with the Mets who bristle when the other World Championship team is mentioned.

One day, I'd love to hear a broadcast with Keith and Tom where Keith talks about '86 and then turns to Seaver and says, "Hey Tom, you were on that Red Sox team weren't you?"
