I have memories of a ballplayer named Hunter Strickland ... just none of him as a NYM other than the fact that he was taller than Scott Strickland.

He was a better Hunter, too. And less Scottish.

Without looking, I think his ERA was over 9 in like four innings. One of those "worth a flier" guys who wasn't actually worth a flier after all.
