One out in the eighth inning, driving rain here in Baltimore. Fate has placed Angel Hernandez behind the plate, and (and this is according to the announcers) his ballbag is soaking wet.

The no-hitter game picked up after the rain, but the O's managed a single and homer off the new Houston pitcher Brandon Bielak, who was just great in Blossom.

Not a definitive answer, but a quickie search took me to Luke Sewell who spent 20 seasons in the big leagues almost exclusively as a catcher. Born Jan 5, 1901, Sewell made his ML debut on June 30, 1921, right about two months older than Wander Franco is now. Sewell's brothers Tommy & Joe also played in MLB as did their cousin Rip, but none were as young as Luke.
