A double plus IF hit+error have brought the Nats to within one. One out, tying run on 2nd

And I will be in Philly for the game tonight, ready to take the abuse that will surely be heaped on me. Got the tickets weeks ago, when all was sunshine and roses. Now it's razor blades and enemas.

Braves wound up winning their game in StL putting them, for the first time all year, a game above .500 (55-54) and leaving them one game behind the Phils and 1-1/2 in back of us. Braves had previously been 4-4, 17-17, 24-24, and 44-44, but failed to win their next game each time.

Braves playing the Nats this weekend, so we all have to become temporary Washington fans (yes, even you bmfc). The Marlins, meanwhile, are playing ... ah, who cares, they can't beat anyone except us anyway.

Imagine if ATL had Acuna. They lost 2/3ds of their starting OF, and not just any OF'er but one of the best in the game, but that hasn't stopped them.
