we do have vacancies at pretty much every defensive position other than SS/1B, so if he's willing to move to a new position, I would be onboard with Correa... a good defensive shortstop can probably play any upright position on the diamond, and still be better or equal to someone with experience there...

I looked him up earlier, aside from a single AA game in 2015 where he played 3B, all of his ABs have been at either SS or a DH. But, I mean, it's not unprecedented for a guy of his size and game type to slide over to 3B.

Ok then, we can go with Correa at 2nd, Baez at 3rd, Kris Bryant in LF, Marte in CF, Nimmo moves to RF, Dom/Camo share DH/PH roles. Since we don't have any pitching, we can aim to outhit our opponent.

I just assumed in your scenario the Mets also sign Jon Gray, Scherzer, and re-sign Stroman.
