Zauzmer is the exact sort of guy an organization hires as a consultant or special advisor, but it's pretty cool to see him get the Asst. GM chair.

Tracky reporting that the Mets offered ZZ the assistant GM job only after the Phillies swept in and tried to abscond with him by dangling the same title.
