The short answer is yes. Leading people to an article violates nothing.

To clarify: Is writing an article using someone else's copyrighted characters and then posting it on your web site legal?

I think it falls under the category of satire, which is legal. Otherwise Mad Magazine would have been shut down years ago.

I think it would be safe since it is clearly a parody which is allowable.

Yes - I have done some minor research on this issue, and parody is permitted free speach. Caple's safe.
