Still, two out of three ain't bad <g>

Three out of four is even better.

Red Sox win Game 1 of a doubleheader on a Big Papi 3-Run walkoff in the ninth. They are however, getting pounded in the second game to prevent today from being a perfect day.

I think I sense a problem here. The third team in the equation is a sub .500 third place team, some 13 games off the pace with the Captain wondering if too many of the youngsters of the team think that the division is theirs because they are THEM (this is according to Verducci, Smoltz is getting ansy about the lack of drive in the young Braves) and about 7 games out of the Wild Card.

In other words, the Atlanta Braves are currently not on the radar

Yes I know those words have been spoken in the past...

Frayed Knot
Jun 15 2006 11:48 PM

Yo folks, you can't just go throwing pretty pictures up all over the place
and think your work is done here. THs have to be dated, numbered and
tracked.

June 15th was #7 for the year:
Mets 5 - Phils 4
Indians 8 - Yanx 4
Marlins 3 - Braves 2

You may now proceed with as many images as you please.

And I'm gonna warn folks again about fucking with the details of TH.
The rules are quite clear about this and will remain so for the foreseeable
future. If you want to track other occurances and call them something else:
'FABULOUS FOURSOMES' ... 'FIVE FURRY PUPPIES' or whatever else,
well then be my guest ... but keep those conditions da hell out of the TH
thread.

IF or WHEN we finish ahead of Atlanta and/or the MFYs fall short of the
playoffs in a season, THEN we can discuss either discontinuing TH or
altering the criteria.
Until that point ... you all know the rules!
