Socialists in Spain have introduced a bill to give Human Rights to Monkeys. [url]http://www.spainherald.com/3438.html[/url] The picture in the article kinda looks like Pesident Bush, but I don't think he's involved in any efforts to expand human rights... disclaimer: I have no interest in any political discussions, just posting a humorous story.
