They just showed Gary Sheffield's 500th homerun - in 2009 in a Mets uniform. I wouldnt have remembered he was ever a Met.

Happy to report that the SNY app is available on my Amazon Fire TV and I can now watch the WPIX games such as this without having to stream it illegally as would otherwise be my only option. So that's a plus.

That's pretty beat. MLB consistently fucks its fans via the blackout restrictions and exclusive package deals. They only benefit streaming services looking to make a buck.

But we continue to routinely deploy them for ever-shorter workdays, helping their ERA look more glossy but rendering it ever less effective. That's my concern, anyputz.

Yeah, that's what I've been thinking too. Good ERA, but not over enough innings.
