This is a Ralph Houk model lineup. If your SS normally bats third, and he's out, then put your backup SS in the three hole.

Fortunately, this particular backup SS is hitting. 360, and about .560 over the past two weeks.

Mets get the first extra-base hit as J.D. hits one that Bellinger can't run down. Gonsolin may look like Al Hrbosky from the front, but from the back ... he's got a strong ass game.

But they know CT's catalogue and can appreciate the deeper cuts. Me, well, I just don't go deep enough to enjoy their sets.

I got about as far/late as you did. That's a late night for me during the week. I do hope to get to maybe 11:30 tonight.
