If MIA decides they are out of contention, Lopez could be traded. Chris ("I know nothing, I feel nothing!") Bassitt started against MIA on June 19 and 25 so he knows them and they know him.

I like Marte. I don't mean to dis him. But we keep hearing "great arm." It's a good arm. It may be a very good arm. It's usually strong and usually pretty accurate. I'd have no problem with him being my quarterback. But I'm not down with "great."

The Marlins announcers are always putting Nimmo's power down. "That was only his eighth HR this year," as if 8 is very few for a leadoff hitter halfway through the schedule.
