There's been a lot of good stories for the Mets this year. Walker is almost great again. Guillorme is suddenly a secret weapon. Marte looks like the best free-agemt signing in a long time. Cahna. He doesn't at all suck! Zimmo took a giant step forward. Bassett. He's not bad! But of all of them, Jeff McNeil suddenly becoming Jeff McNeil, so much Jeff, that he's a starting all-star, again might surprise me the most.
