Fund Drive discussion thread

I've added a link above that will remain for the rest of the month. May will now be our official fund raising month going forward. Please contribute whatever you can, but please don't go overboard. Let's try and spread this out among the regulars as much as possible. Also, bear in mind that PayPal charges me a fee for collecting the money so if you're going to send $5 you may want to consider $6, $11 instead of $10, etc. Thanks to everyone who can participate, and happy posting!

I guess checks are cool, but only from regulars and two forms of picture id. Also, if there's a chance we'll see each other during the season that's fine. There's no hurry, I just wanted to get this going. Also, I received a couple of PayPals already and I'll keep that table updated with the tally like at the old place. I'll use the screen names for donations un- less I hear otherwise that you'd like to be anonymous. Thanks!

When PayPal is working, it's genius - when it's not it can be a real drag. I've never had any problems, but a friend of mine who sells a lot of stuff on eBay as a second source of income curses them often. It's gotten better since eBay took it over.
