I don't remember "Big Lebowski" specifically, but I remember "Dudabides" (dude abides) here and there.

I don't recall that. Baseball Reference lists TBL and The Dude as nicknames.

I have to watch the video a little later. I'm in my own world sometimes with nicknames. Like, I'm not big on The Polar Bear. I do like The Edgemeister, which is not on your player page. Get me Sean Forman on the horn!

The nickname actually showed up for homer number 14 (7/11/2014) and homer number 15 (7/22/2014) and then disapeared, possibly forever. Two homerun calls appear to be missing. One seems to be missing, but turns up instead later, out of order. One homer is a walkoff. Two are apparently called by somebody not named Gary Cohen. One homer is delayed by an umpire conference. One of the fun parts of the video is what a great review it is of the rightfielders of 2014. [list=1] [*]"And he rockets one to deep right-center field! Back goes Bruce! Looking up! I've been wondering about what retirement has been like for Duda. Didn't have the charisma to get into broadcasting, doesn't strike me as a pro coach either. Maybe he's become a elementary school gym teacher

Unless his health is in significant decline, I'd guess that Duda's doing better than just about anybody in the whole wide world. By the way, at T.C.G.
