IGT 5/4 Panic in Detroit

I was working and traveling today and missed the disasters. But, wow. Day game tomorrow. I understand our man in Michigan is making the three hour trip from Grand Rapids. i'm on the bus from LaGuardia to Astoria as I post this. My GF has a Zoom class tomorrow night and is booting me out of the apartment from 7-10. Anyone want to join me for a beer, send over a PM.

It's been a warning-track series. I'm surprised by how many of Verlander's best pitches have been off-speeders.

I support the Vientos case, but there's always something to lose. Check out the Tiger starter, pitching into the eighth. That's still legal, apparently.

There is an upside to running there, and that's staying out of the double-play, so you take the base if they're giving it to you. They apparently weren't giving it to him.
