YOUR over-.500 Metss try to extend their winning streak, sweep a good opponent, and hopefully win by more than one. Not that I'm complaining. This game also features yesterday's much-anticipated-but-aborted Justin/Bieber matchup.

My beef has long been more with their production of the game rather than with specific announcers.

So I'm putting the over/under tonight at 37 minutes of the four-letter network reducing the game to a split screen so that we can watch

someone, maybe a player, more likely one of their employees, talk about baseball when we actually prefer to be watching baseball.

Not sure why there are black jerseys tonight…wasn't it supposed to be a Friday-night-only thing?

Split screen #2 Currently my 42" screen has the picture of the game that I once had from my 13" portable I had as a teenager. What's next, a return to black and white?

These hats are ugly The combinations of Green Hats, Black Tops (with Blue Writing), and White Bottoms is REALLY ugly. The design of the American Flag hats is very nice - but do it in White with a Blue 'NY' and wear the white Jerseys. Bad play by Squirrel, worse one by ESPN How typical of them to miss an ongoing play because they're too anxious to get to the reaction shot (of Alonso in this case).
