IGT 6/6, Georgia Satellites

Buck Showalter keeping his rookie catcher to himself.

Marcell Ozuna back out there a day after getting pulled for showboating, standing and watching as his 415-foot drive hit off the wall and only getting a single out of it.

Notice how managers never do that if the ball clears the wall.

Re: IGT 6/6, Georgia Satellites

Quickie KTE:

- Acuna's OPS in 1st innings is like 4000 which is why the Braves start 75% of their games up 3-0 after 1

- Olson has become a three true outcomes guy

- Riley is down from the MVP type pace he was on the last two years

- Sean Murphy is the best hitting catcher in baseball

- Eddie Rosario's stats aren't great even though I've yet to see him make an out this season

- Albies in RF (usually 2B) is an odd change

So is Arcia at 2B (SS) and Harris at SS (CF) and Rosario in CF (LF) !?!?

Bryce Elder is good

Arcia is at SS Albies 2b And Harris at CF tonight (who's on first)

Elder leads MLB in ERA

Acuna is working on his career year

Riley is in a deep funk but he usually wakes up for the Mets

That combo would make more sense, but I was going by the above lineup.

I tell you. My lineup making gets hectic when I'm having pressures coming at me from multiple directions. My apologies for errata.

Re: IGT 6/6, Georgia Satellites

Correct lineup above.

I was posting while cooking dinner, tending to the dog, and making an attractive recital program. That's not the sort of focus that wins games.

The supposed first pitch will be 9 PM

Of course had they started on time they'd be in the 4th inning by now.

Between that and Acuña's armor, the Braves might be subtly but consciously working yellow into their color palette.

Chavez tossed is odd. Managers rely so much on their bench coachie. I imagine they'd sooner get tossed themselves.

I should take this back. In fact, I do. Yellow is in the Braves' color palette, albeit with a deep tertiary status, currently mostly seen as the color of the twine that affixes the head of Braves' tomahawk to its handle.

He tracks that first one better and it's a whole different inning.

Metrics said that one had a 14% chance of being a hit.
