Right move pulling Carrasco here. Only 2 runs but hasn't had a single clean inning and has been helped by several loud outs.

At least they won't lose tomorrow. Helluva AB by Lindor standing there on strike 3. It might have been ball four but it was close enough and he's a good enough hitter that he should have been able to foul it off.

If it's a position player, it's gotta be between Vientos, Vogey, Guillorme and Escobar, right? Some of those potential cuts would be way more dramatic than others. Baty's got options and also, hasn't been so productive.

Pinch-hitting Guillorme for Vientos there really steamed me. You need a home run in that spot, not a banjo hitter. And to top it off with the 'I wasn't ready' strikeout was icing on the cake. You need to play Vientos every day for two weeks. If he's not showing anything you send him down. But Buck seems to really hate him. Vogey's had his chances. Time to cut bait.

Top 8, down 1 run, leadoff batter in the 9 hole, rightly reliever with traditional splits and Buck had: -Vientos (as scheduled) -Vogelbach (problematic, but he does still walk a lot, and down 1 run a leadoff walk isn't a bad thing) -Escobar -Marte And instead of any of them, he goes with Guillorme? He's not making this any easier with dumb moves like that.
