I'll give this to Verlander: He has some broad shoulders and is aesthetically pleasing to watch pitch. I don't care if we trade him next week though.

This was the kind of game I was expecting them to play a lot of in 2023. Good pitching, adequate offense. But these kind of games have been few and far between.
