Tennis anyone?

Anyone tuned into Wimbledon? Chris Banks has me yelling at my tv in pure joy over here. This dude is incredible. US Open next month. I would love to experience one of these majors once.

I would love to experience one of these majors once. My daughter got us nosebleed seats at the US Open many years ago. We saw Martina Hingis defeat one of the Williams sisters. It was fun. Haven't gone back since, but I still occasionally watch tennis. I prefer the women's matches. They're more varied than the power men's game. Later

Probably doesn't help that there aren't any great American players these days , especially on the men's side

Good call. I watched a lot of tennis as a yute. I'll watch some of the US Open but that's about it for me. Back in one of my previous lives I used to get US Open tickets from the bank and I just doled them out to employees who were eager to go and it was good micro office politics. In my next previous life I'll go rub elbows at such events. play golf with vendors/clients who are assholes and kiss ass at every available chance. In the end, who you know > what you know.
