As the Arizona Diamondbacks were fighting to edge ahead of the pack in the playoff hunt, manager Torey Lovullo assured his team that they were facing a second-division club from the East. Little did he know that the Mets would be pulling a fast one, using two players who spent most of their seasons in the International League. But that's who the Diamondbacks faced, and they quickly found there was little they could do with José Butto's change or Joey Lucchesi's churve. Can a fulltime Met do as well with his ghost fork?
