Man, is this sad or what? Dude opens up thread after thread just to talk to himself, because no one else wants to. And he still doesn't get it. He keeps opening up RTF thread after RLF thread, babbling his silly nonsense to the only person still willing to listen. This is just really, really pathetic.

I know exactly what you mean, Bret. Does the term "attention whore" mean anything to you? Still, it's much better that he has some place to vent out of the way so he stops bothering the rest of us so much with his incessant nonsense.

I'm worried about the guy. Someone ought to see if he's okay. Not me, though. I'm keeping clear, But someone should. The guy's a rubber band stretched way too tight. When he snaps--watch out.

Fuck'm. He's an asshole. That's about the only thing he's written that I actually agree with--the CPF has very little use for him other than sheer contempt. Listen, if you can't root for the Mets, what earthly use are you? You know what I'm saying? Fuck him and the horse he rode in on.

The attention that the six of you keep paying to this sad nutbar just gives him what he wants. If you ignore him, he'll go away. Trust me on this. I have a lot of experience dealing with disturbed individuals.

Guy says he's no longer a Mets fan. I ask you, who else but a Mets fan would post a thread marked by such poignant and persistant futility? You can take Bret out from among the Mets fans, but you can't take the Mets fan out of Bret.
