Somebody Tell KC To Pay The Bill

Used my bookmark to the main page and got a screen from eHost saying "Site suspended".
I called eHost and they said it was a billing issue and that as soon as the bill ispaid, they would bring the site back up.
Incidentally, how did you folks get through?
I got here through the back door of a bookmark I'd made to a specific thread.

cranepoolforum.com and .net are redirects associated with the kcmets
server and they billed the fee last week and it was declined due to an
expired card. I fixed that, it may take a couple of hours or a day to get
straightened out.

The next forum payment is due in Aug and will be taken from the CPF CC.

I'm not having any problem either.

I have to question eHost telling someone who's not an account holder about a "billing issue." If there is such an issue, it should be a private matter between them and their client.

when I called, I guessed it was about billing, but asked for customer support. I got a techie, so he may not know proper protocol. (That's a training issue right there)

They asked my name and whether I was the board owner. I gave my name and said I was a participant on the board, but not the owner.

He put me on hold for over a minute, then came back and told me about the billing issue.

Seems to be fixed, ehost can now make payroll today - they got our $7.95
redirection fees!!
