Dumb question from me, if like Pedro you are an All-Star but don't go do you still get that All-Star tag on your resume?

Yup While UMDB only counts Mets who actually appeared in the game, the Met media guides routinely always lists players selected and eventually replaced due to injury or whatever, so it stays on your record as a selection. You could even go there, come out and doff your cap if you wish, though Pedro won't
