Fastest Way to Learn Flash?

I'm applying for a job. I'm a pretty good fit and know all the applications they use, except Flash. Should I try an online tutorial or drop 100 bucks for training software (plus whatever Flash itself costs.)

Are you a fast learner? If so, the online tutorial, along with playing around with the system, should be enough.

Do you know Fireworks? If so, picking up Flash shouldn't be too difficult.
