The Mets must have learned from their nightmare visit to Fenway, because they did a great Red Sox impersonation and pummeled Randy Johnson for 8 runs over 6 innings. Steve Trachsel pitched six solid innigs and in the seventh inning turned a six run cushion over to the bullpen. It's great to get back to winning. So savor the victory over a ice cold bottle of Saranac Black and Tan.
