Destitute petty crooks in a bleak Belgian city have a baby, and hijinks* ensue. It's a minimalist-sorta artsy thing. Not a gigantic or complicated story in the least, but moving and with good performances. In French with subtitles, but no worries, mate -- not a lotta dialogue. See if you can guess who "L'Enfant" is! *-Not the funny kind
