IGT 8-18-2006 Mets vs the John Denvers

Someone probably more hated than Billy Joel! I don't know when or why In-Game Threads became an attempt to deliberately annoy people with music they allegedly hate. But I don't hate John Denver.

I don't hate John Denver at all, I really wanted to use Rocky Mountain High but I figured based on the response the Billy Joel songs got that any Denver song would garner "Hiss, BOOO" responses. I was noting that yes I know its John Denver, but I'm posting the song anyway!

Layne looks all right, relatively speaking, but they're x-raying him to check for a broken jaw. Good time to take advantage of a situation and argue for standardizing the thickness of the bat handles.
