Predict the Postseason

Simple contest. Predict what teams will play in the postseason and how far they will go. This is a who you think you'll win not who you want to win contest, so pick carefully. I'll close this thread and put it in the Predictions forum on August 29th (2 months before the scheduled 7th game of the World Series). I'll tally up the points and announce the winner after the conclusion of the World Series. Looks like I'm the only dissenter to a Mets WS appearance. Have I become the new Bret? Some of their moves and Glavine's health make me rethink things though, so I guess not. I'll stick with my picks anyway.

I can see the Mets winning the pennant; they're the strongest team in a weak league. Beating the AL team is another matter, though. Especially since I have the Twins as my AL champs and four games would be played at the Metrodome.

My preseason pick was the A's to win the AL, but I just don't see them coming out of it right now.

Everyone got points for the NL East and no one got points for the NL Wild Card, AL Central or the AL Wild Card.
