Does Ms. Schwager have a website? What she is working on there looks and sounds fabulous

Nice write up, Old Mole!

No, I did a google search on her once, and the only hits are for her other (and very substantial) career as a child psychologist. Her work is beautiful, though. Why not come up to Saugerties for the weekend and take the tour?

Can't make it this year, but your area, and in particular, your beautiful sculpture gardens are on our short list of things to do when we are not so beholden to our children (only 12 more months, *sob*)

We're always looking for short trips. Right now I don't have the heart to tell him that we already missed the Seneca Lake Wine Festival, which he asked me to look into last night.

Anyway, I googled her also, and found what you did; she sounds like a terrific person.
Doing paper mosaics was one of my favorite arts and crafts forms when I was a Sunday School teacher; the kids loved doing them and no matter what their artistic level, the results were always very good.
