After 15 years, the holes start appearing, plus it's kind of contemptuous of internation wildlife protection laws to go killing endangered elephants every time somebody is married 14 years.. I think we need to do a favor for Ms. MFS, as well all folks married beyond 15 years and fill in the blanks.

It's not a wedding anniversary, but thirty years ago I was having lunch during freshman orientation when a nice looking guy sat down at my table. We got to talking and hung out a little after lunch. We ran into each other during some other orientation events, and by the end of orientation had started seeing each other. One month later he was my date for my 18th birthday, so we have been together my entire adult life.

Looking at 1961-1962 stories, what I've enjoyed the most so far is seeing the context of the other stories that fall on the page. The Mets articles that fall on A1 are surrounded by stories about cold war anxiety, with the Times --- usually averse to using the flip headline shorthand of the tabloids --- commonly referring to the Soviets as the "Reds."

well, today's the day. six years! i decided to pick up these darling fellows - they're leather bookends stuffed with iron sand. and they're stinkin' adorable! it was a pain finding each of 'em from an online retailer, of course, as they're limited quantity and there's a bunch of styles out there. mrs.mm loves them, too, which is good.

The Mrs. and I were married on Father's Day exactly 28 years ago. We spent our anniversary driving back from 4 days in Orlando. Knowing we would spend our anniversary traveling home, we opted to celebrate our anniversary on Friday with a wonderful meal at Roy's in Orlando.

my wife and i celebrated our 22nd on Sunday. we had a weekend away at a B&B in CT; it was a really nice trip. We saw a revised production of DAMN YANKEES at the Goodspeed Opera House, where the bookwriter replaced the Washington Senators with the Boston Red Sox, depicted Babe Ruth as a slave in Hell and made the Devil a Yankees fan. It was pretty funny and made an old chestnut of a show pretty fresh.

It was on a sunny Sunday afternoon, Father’s Day, as I stood before a gathering of family and friends in a small church in southern West Virginia, that the finality of the decision I was about to make hit me. Suddenly overcome with emotions, I felt nervous, trapped and afraid. Doubts and fears flooded my mind as I stood before the altar beside my best man, my closest friend. Then the organist began to play and everyone turned to see my young bride as she entered the back of the church. She looked angelic. As she processed towards me, I was still quite nervous, but I was no longer afraid.
