Manager Grady Little has decided to send LHP Eric Stoltz to the mound Sunday to start the finale of the four-game series against New York. It will be the first major league start and second appearance for Stoltz, who allowed three runs and five hits in three innings against Milwaukee on Tuesday in his big league debut. Last year he appeared in Sci Fi's The Triangle. Stoltz is taking the turn of LHP Mark Hendrickson, who will work out of the bullpen while the Dodgers tinker with his mechanics. Hendrickson is 1-8 in his last 13 starts.

The "Paul LoDuca in the 3 hole" experiment nets a double play grounder to third to end the bottom of the first.

That's one ill experiment.

I think, if the Mets don't score in the first inning for Trachsel, that they should get a do-over.

Wright robs Kent.

Goes flat out for one in the hole and pops up to throw him out.
Nice.

Trax cant even get out of the third.

But Marlins beat the Phils and the magic number still goes down to six.
