Some final out of clinching games trivia

Mets have clinched all their previous postseason apperances on the field and doing it defensivly, ditto with their LCS and WS apperances so the trivia questions are:

A) Who was the Met opponent
B) Pitcher on the mound
C) Batter who made final out
D) What play was it

This is for the

1969 NL East
1969 NLCS
1969 WS

1973 NL East
1973 NLCS

1986 NL East
1986 NLCS
1986 WS

1988 NL East

1999 Wild Card Clincher

2000 Wild Card Clincher
2000 NLDS
2000 NLCS

Bonus is same circumstances where the Mets clinched something in their last at bat

1999 Clincher to play in the Wild Card Play-In Game
1999 NLDS

Clearly the majority of questions are beyond easy!

I know this because I was there, feeling the upper deck bounce like a set of fake bazooms(1): Brad Clontz, wild pitch to Mike Piazza, scoring Melvin Mora.

And since nobody mentioned it yet, the '86 WS is obviously Jesse O striking out Marty Barrett.

(1) Somers, Brett. (1975.) "Match Game 75." Hollywood, CA: Goodson & Todman.

If I remember correctly in 2000 they clinched the wild card they day after they got eliminated from the division, so even though they wrapped up the wild card spot (in a win against the Braves I believe), it still felt hollow to celebrate too hard after coming so close to the winning the division.
