Saw a flier today for a show by a band called The Miami Ice Machine. Gotta love it. I know this is a rerun, but put cool -- and actual -- band names here.

Did very well on the bar circuit. Other great names: Dave Dee, Dozy, Beaky, MIck, and Tich Soft White Underbelly (which, for some reason, changed their name to the slightly less interesting Blue Oyster Cult) The Bonzo Dog Doo-Dah Band It's a Beautiful Day Blodwyn Pig Flash and the Pan Old and in the Way Hatfield and the North (named after a road sign)

There was a band out of Texas in the '70's which never made much of an impact but their name was good, albeit litigious: Elvis Presley & the Beatles.

I came across the name of this cover band recently...Ivory Debris. As in White trash.
