Oh yeah....mashed potatoes are the ultimate comfort food. I like 'em with lots of butter and garlic.

After seeing fried spam on white toast with mustard in this thread, I don't think we can make fun of cooby anymore for the Lebanon Bologna.

Cabbage lasagna is something an old Italian neighbor used to make that
was really really good. I should try it and see what happens. I'll write down
what I do and post it in the recipe thread if it's edible.
