Campbell Class Action lawsuit

Did anybody else get a Campbell Class Action thingy in the mail regarding their verizon wireless service? It has a couple of vouchers but absolutely no explanation that I can find as to what it's about. Naturally, any voucher you use to claim your damages requires an additional year to your service contract.
