Yesterday I figured out how to download an image from a site that won't let you download it.

At the end of a Google listing, there's the URL, followed by the word "cached" -- like this:
Just click "cached."

Soupy -- how?

If you right click something and it doesn't give you an option to either 'copy', 'save' or view 'properties' then just do a 'shift/print screen'. Then open any graphics program you have (MS Paint, Photoshop, MicroSoft Picture Viewer, etc.), You' should be able to 'paste' it into that and viola! You have your image.

You can also get the URL of the image by viewing the page's source code. Then you paste that URL into the address line of your browser and if that allows you to see the picture then you're in business.

How do you get the source code?

Right click on the page. View Source.

Wouldn't that be the same as viewing 'properties' and copying and pasting the URL?
|

Yes, but some websites disable the right click, so you can't view the properties.

For instance...

No, not from a Flash image, as far as I know.
