As you well know the Crane Pool takes up a lot of server space and backing up the forum also creates massive files. To help alleviate this some, I'm going to lock up some of our longer all purpose threads in the Non Baseball Forum. Eventually they will be migrated offsite where you will be able to enjoy them in perpetuity. If you enjoy these threads feel free to start up new versions. Or be creative and start a whole new type of thread the Crane Pool has never seen before.

I would really appreciate it if you would unlock the Back to School thread. I'd really like to keep that going until December, so I can have the whole odyssey in one place.

That's the arbitrary point when an all purpose thread goes from freaking long to monstrously huge.
