Not that this oughta be cause for panic but when Reyes leads off with a double and LoDuca gets HBP and Beltran, Alou and Wright are due up, you might expect some runs.

You might.

Still 5-0 in the 5th, Pe;lfrey looks like he'd sone well so far.

Make that 7-0 thanks to a Valentin error, single and 2-run double by Jay F. Payton.

7-3 after a bases-loaded walk by Reyes (!), a RBI FC by LoDuca and RBI 1B by Beltran in the 6th.

Pelfrey's line: 3 IP, 3 H, 0 ER (0.00 ERA this spring)

Edit: Vargas gives up a run in the 7th on his own error. Enmdy throws out a guy at home. 8-3 O's

Is Delgado playing? I read this morning that he was suffering from a stiff neck yesterday.

Delgado sitting.

We've cut it to 8-7 with a 4-run 8th:

Gotay walks, Carp walks, Milledge RBI doubles, Chavez RBI groundout, Ben Johnson 2rHR.

Vargas 3 IP, 1 R, 0 ER. Also has an 0.00 ERA this spring.

Going to the 9th now

You would think that MLB would stream spring training games for free....didn't they do that before?

I think they did offer some free audio back in the day.

Game over, man. Green grounds out to end it.

Bazooka Joe pitched a scoreless 9th.

As a DH - his natural position.
