I'm not voicing an opinion on this one way or another, I'm just asking the question. If someone is banned, is he/she allowed to simply create a new handle and start posting again?

too obvious. you need to at least go up more than one number. use seawolf19 and you'll be safe. i need to stop logging onto the forum when i have work to do. anyone want to ban me until, say, 6:00 or so?
