Willie calls out Mex for being a no-good, two-timing son-of-a-bitch.

How will Keith respond? Will Willie make good on his promise to "do something about it," or are he and his small balls just full of hot air?

Stay tuned for the next development in this exciting story!

]Willie throws playful jabs at Hernandez
BY DAVID LENNON

ST. LOUIS -- Manager Willie Randolph got a little worked up before last night's game when he was told Keith Hernandez was going to be involved in the ceremonies honoring the Cardinals' 1982 world championship. Hernandez also is scheduled to throw out the first pitch for next Monday's home opener at Shea, and Randolph took some playful jabs at the slick-fielding first baseman for his traitorous turn at Busch Stadium.

"He's a Met," Randolph said, smiling. "He's not a Cardinal. He's a Met. He's throwing out the first ball. What, are you kidding me? How's he going to do that? He's going to come out there and prance around with the Cardinals and then come out and throw the first ball? That's not right. That's not right. We've got to do something about that."

For the record, I'm digging Willie's sense of humor. You could see it from him on the field last year, but it's nice that he's displaying it with the media this year too.

I wonder what the reception was for Keith, reports said that Keith wore a blue blazer with an orange tinged shirt.

I was just thinking yesterday that Willie lack of a sense of humor with the press was a drawback.

will the undercard be willie's subway sandwich vs. keith's mustache, referee'd by ron's arm?
